René Kuhl

Rene brings more than 20 years of experience in tech recruiting and HR (recruitment consulting) to the digital sector. He founded characters in 2011 from a mission: to connect people and match each company with the perfect employee who not only has the perfect resume, but also fits the company's vision. In the office René is responsible for:

- Matchmaking digital Talents,

- encourage the client's entire team to become successful together in an agile way of working,

- exploring new methods to reach the most suitable candidates.
